BIRDS-A-BUILDING. English, Morris Dance Tune. The dance Birds-a-Building is from Girton, Cambs., When the leader calls “Set!” the dancers bob down momentarily in imitation of birds nesting. The second half of the tune is the same as the 'B' part of "Flowers of Edinburgh." JEFDSS, I, 82.
