BLACK WATCH MARCH TO KUMASI. Scottish, Pipe Tune. The tune commemorates a march of the Black Watch, the 73rd regiment, during Sir Garnet Wolsley's Ashanti expedition (1873-1875), one of the dramas of the African colonial wars of the 19th century.
