BRENDON McMAHON'S. AKA and see "Brendon McMorrin's." Irish, Reel. G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. Brendan McMahon is a flute player and maker from Ennis, County Clare. The tune was called "Brendon McMorrin's" on Shaskeen's album due to a printing error. David Taylor (1992) says it is also called "Cooley's" because it was a popular tune with influential County Galway accordion player Joe Cooley.

Printed source: Taylor (At the Crossroads Dance), 1992; No. 19, p. 15.

Recorded source: Shaskeen - "My Love is in America." Patty Furlong - "Traditional Irish Music on the Button Accordion" (1999. Learned from the playing of Jackie Daly).
