He was a strong influence on many Idaho fiddlers. N:Thousand Springs is a spectacular 30-mile stretch along the Snake River in Idaho where N:the waters of the Lost River and the Little Lost River, which disappear into the ground N:near Arco and flow through a hundred miles of permeable basalt, ultimately emerge from N:the canyon walls.
